The 48” range comes equipped with two electric convection ovens and a commercial-grade griddle. On the top, you get your choice of four or five high-performance gas burners. The ultimate brunch setup, the four-burner configuration makes room for the 24” griddle. The five-burner model includes a 12” griddle and the addition of the CircuFlame™ center power burner – the same burner used in our commercial kitchens.
Our ovens feature PureVection™ technology, giving you the ultimate control of heat and airflow. Each oven handle also includes the MarquiseDisplay™ – a chef-friendly digital display inset right in the handle – an industry first. Cakes, cookies, roasts or biscuits – expect perfection every time you pull out the telescopic professional oven racks.
