With Hestan executives on hand, visitors to the booth can get the inside scoop on its full indoor suite of contemporary designs, from stainless steel refrigerators to luxury outdoor grills, with a spotlight on the below:

Indoor Living Suite: The latest crossover from the award-winning commercial line, Hestan’s new concept indoor cooking suite provides at-home chefs with the same flexibility of design and performance found in acclaimed restaurant kitchens. The custom cooking suites are available in a number of configurations and can consist of multiple Hestan products.

48-Inch Dual Fuel Ranges: Searing culinary power with a sealed burner system delivers exceptional temperature control for up to 30,000 BTUs via the patent-pending CircuFlame center power burner, while the remaining burners boast 23,000 BTUs with a simmer as low as 500 BTUs. The new 24” stainless steel dual zone infrared gas griddle (also available in 12″ wide single zone griddle) features superior heating, with two burners and two separate temperature controls to allow for independent cooking zones. The high-performance large oven features up to nine oven modes to complement any cooking style, and the MarquiseDisplay offers a chef-friendly digital display – conveniently inset right in the oven handles. The small companion oven is a fully functional cooking oven which features a broil element, bake element and a convection fan which provides seven cooking modes (bake, broil, roast, convection bake, convection broil, convection roast and proof).

36-Inch All Gas Range: Heavy-duty cast-iron grates provide a continuous uninterrupted and maximized cooking surface for best-in-class coverage. The brass sealed burner and burner bowl optimize combustion efficiency to produce top cooking performance, including the fastest time-to-boil. The spacious oven cavity is large enough to fit a full size sheet pan.

36-Inch and 48-Inch Rangetops: Heavy-duty cast iron grates provide a continuous and maximized cooking surface for best-in-class coverage. The new 24” stainless steel dual zone infrared gas griddle (also available in 12″ wide single zone griddle) features superior heating, with two burners and two separate temperature controls to allow for independent cooking zones.

Drawer Microwave: Featuring a 30-inch, 1.2-cubic-foot, 950-watt, stainless steel drawer oven, this new microwave model is a perfect example of design versatility. It offers flexible placement options, such as below an island, peninsula or standard cabinetry — and it can also be installed below wall ovens.

Convection Microwave Oven: Featuring a 1.5-cubic-foot, 900-watt, stainless steel carousel, convection technology offers even roasting, baking and browning, while the microwave’s speed allows for quick reheating and fast cooking. The modern, brushed stainless steel finish with scratch-resistant glass door features an easy-to-read key-sheet design, and comes with an oven-to-table quality ceramic turntable platter.
